What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order requirement is only $50 excluding taxes and delivery fees. However, we run promotions with no minimum order and/or delivery fee with a promo code. Subscribe to our newsletter to receive promotions and weekly offers.
What is the cost of delivery?
If you are a new customer placing your first order, we offer free shipping.
Delivery charges are based on your selected day and time slot. Our delivery services include same-day delivery service for a fee of $9.99, next-day delivery for a fee of $7.99 and two-day delivery for $5.99. Orders delivered to our residential customers are subject to delivery fees plus applicable taxes.

How does HastyCart carefully pack groceries for delivery?
Our personal HastyCart shoppers pack your groceries with care and caution, the same way we would pack groceries for our own families. We pack similar items together and make sure fragile items like eggs and bread are packed appropriately to ensure safe delivery to you. Refrigerated items are transported in insulated containers and are only taken out of the temperature-controlled containers at the time of delivery.
What happens if the products I ordered are not available?
If a product you ordered is not available, our delivery driver will contact you via text and provide you with substitute options for your approval. If you choose not to select a substitute the item will be removed from your order and refunded. We will not deliver an item that you did not order or approve.
How do I know that my groceries will be delivered when I want?
Before you start shopping, select and reserve your desired date and time slot. We offer date and time slots that are convenient for you. We hold your slot for 45 mins while you build your cart, so you can shop in confidence. If you haven’t completed your order within 45 mins you will have to re-select your delivery slot. If you’ve selected a delivery slot and checked out successfully, we guarantee delivery on your selected date and time or your grocery order is on us.
How do I apply my promo code?
If you’re done shopping and ready to checkout, you will see an option to add your coupon. Enter your coupon the way you see it, including the capital letters and numbers and proceed to click “Apply Coupon”. Your discount will be applied automatically.
What if I can't find an item I'm searching for?
If you’re browsing our products and come across an item you can’t find, please use the search function at the top of your page to find the item. If you still can’t find the item you’re looking for, please contact us via the chat function or contact form on the bottom right of the page.
I'm ordering groceries for someone else, can I ship to a different address?
Yes absolutely. You can select the “Ship to a different address” option when you’re checking out. HastyCart encourages our customers to use our grocery delivery services to buy groceries for family members, especially for those at risk and unable to shop during this pandemic.
Can I cancel my order after I've checked out?
Yes, you can cancel your order for up to 3 hours before your order is scheduled for delivery. Orders cannot be cancelled after they’re picked up. Please review our Refund,return, and cancellation policy here.
